Orphan Works Video

I just tried to download a video cast of someone talking to the House of Representatives about the internet and rights protection in relation to Orphan Works.

The only download even listed on that page is a Real Player file.

Who the fuck still uses Real Player?

Even if they provided the video file, I can't be sure that I know how to download/install realplayer (I do, but for the sake of argument there are those who don't but still care about the issues)

Maybe I want to use Quicktime, or WMP, or stream it through iTunes.

I think that there ought to be a law requiring that if any government entity posts a video or audio file to a website in relation to something that pertains to the general public, they MUST provide the data (either audio or video) in a variety of "common" formats as to make the information contained as accessible as possible.
